Source pre-print corrugated packaging from EASTERNPAK, the only pre-print plant in the Middle East. We print light-weight recycled paper rolls with water-based inks in up to 6 colors, then coat or lacquer them prior to producing them into sheets. Our computer-to-plate technology and new generation polymer plates allow ultra-fine printing of up to 120 lines per inch with width up to 245 cm. Because our print cylinders repeat from 71 to 205 cm, you can print multiple smaller size packs in the same run. When we convert sheets into your required packaging, we use high-quality corrugated materials of your choice: from clay-coated boards to kraft and recycled liners. EASTERNPAK professionals operate two F&K reel-to-reel printing presses: 2.5-meter wide, six-color central impression flexo presses with additional units for pre-tint & varnishing.
