1. Input

Input materials can be broadly classified into:

Paper Raw Material

We source bio-degradable paper rolls and pre-printed rolls and sheets from local and international paper manufacturers. Paper raw materials constitute our prime input to convert to semi-finished corrugated boards.
Conversion Accessories

Other raw materials include accessories used in the conversion of semi-finished goods to finished sheets: starch, ink, strapping wire, masking tape, pallets, and others.

2. Semi-Finishing

In the first stage of the production process, EASTERNPAK converts paper rolls into corrugated boards, given the required flute and size you specify. This process is vital, as it is the major contributor to the quality of the product.

3. Converting

We then print and convert semi-finished sheets into finished corrugated boxes, according to your specifications and needs.

4. Shipping

EASTERNPAK dispatches goods to your door steps.
