Our Quality Management System is accredited to ISO 9001:2000 by TUV/RWTUV Germany, and integrated with the Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP) system, guaranteeing safe products that do not contaminate your food, agricultural, and pharmaceutical products with any hazardous substance.

Pinpointing internal and external customer requirements allows us to continuously improve, develop and maintain quality, cost, delivery and morale.

Being results oriented means accepting and assessing why a particular result occurred, then looking for ways to repeat or improve the outcome. We use a Customer Satisfaction Survey to collect customer opinions and needs in order to improve our processes.

The results we pursue and expect include employee retention, safety standards, customer retention and loyalty, increased sales, increased production, and sustainable competitive advantages.


Anticipation

Anticipation gives upper management the confidence to handle all matters, which earns trust and ensures autonomy. We plan and procure raw materials, for example, by anticipating the market to gain price advantage.


Cycle of Autonomy

Autonomy is being in control within preset boundaries. As we improve performance, we gain credibility. As we earn operational autonomy, we can take on greater responsibility. We plan growth strategies on a quarterly basis.


Flexibility

At EASTERNPAK, we nurture flexibility by training employees to effectively cope with change, to operate outside the boundaries of the comfort zone, and to make decisions with adequate, though perhaps not complete, information. We assign joint or team responsibilities and encourage teams to manage risk and uncertainty.
